Teletalk Bangladesh Limited (“Company”) was merged on December 26, 2004 as a limited public company under the Companies Act, 1994 with an authorized capital of Tk.20,000,000,000 which is the only state-owned mobile phone company in the country. On that day the Company received a Business Start Certificate.
Teletalk Bangladesh Limited launched its sales operation on March 31, 2005.
